It was easy to order here for the first time, the bunk bed arrived a day early. The first day, alone, took 1 hour to unpack and then review the instructions. 3 hours to complete assembly. The instructions were clear and all the parts were in a labeled bag. If I had a second hand, it probably would have taken less time to assemble. All parts are included. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this product.

My daughter loves this new bed I bought, it was a little tricky to assemble it and one of the screws was defective. Other than that, this furniture set is a beautiful addition to my new home.
